Order & Shipping
Flowers are boxed up and shipped out just 1 day before expected delivery dates hired by you. A tracking number is automatically generated once Fedex, or our other shipping partners of our company, picks up and scans a package from our cold storage facility. If you are expecting an order, you should receive a notification that your order has shipped the day before arrival. If you would like to request a tracking number, please contact us by phone or email.
We always strive to take special care of how your flowers are packaged in our facilities in order to ensure their freshness. Your flowers will be sent with priority overnight shipping. Each flower bunch is sealed in protective lining and placed in an insulated flower box to minimize damage due to temperature or negligence during shipping process. Some flowers also contain hydration packs at the bottom of their stems. Each order is typically contained in one box that is approximately 47” x 18” x 11” in size.
There are occasions when orders can be delayed due to weather or mechanical issues. If this is ever the case, we will notify you immediately. When a delay occurs, your order will typically be pushed to be delivered the following morning.
We recommend that a person be available to receive the package to avoid harm due to weather, misplacement, or theft. Estimated delivery time is between am-12 pm, with exceptional orders arriving as late as 4 pm. The time in transit is the same in every time zone. Each order is shipped with no signature required.
